All services are performed on a first-come first-serve basis.
Faster service is available at double rates at our discretion only.
Parts costs are extra and charged separately .
Computer Service Packages: Computer Diagnostics includes: Checking system files, Checking windows issues Checking all virus, spyware, malware programs Identifying faulty hardware Recommendation for repairs € 35 per computer at our lab / € 40 at home / business (Please note: if servicing your computer, diagnostic fee is waived)
Windows re-install includes: interior computer cleaning from dust, Identifying faulty hardware, Complete hard drive cleaning, Backup Data (limited to 10 GB), windows operating system installation, drivers Updates and all windows service packs and critical updates Installation, anti-virus & anti-spyware software plus one software of your choice (If license is required it will need to be purchased / provided by the client) only € 70 per computer
*if done at the lab only ( home/business 40€ per hour) ** 5 € for each additional gigabyte backup
Extra charge will apply if the client provides the disks of any OS and drivers (if the client wants a very specific version which will require extra time for installation).
If the client fail to provide a valid OS license there will be an extra charge for purchasing the license.
***Antivirus software is freeware (For commercial Antivirus software ,the customer should supply or purchase)

התקנה “נקיה” של מערכת ההפעלה (במעבדה בלבד): בדיקה וזיהוי של בעיות חומרה על המערכת הקיימת, גיבוי נתונים*, פירמוט הכונן הקשיח, התקנת מערכת הפעלה, התקנה ורישום של תוכנה אחת לבחירת הלקוח (על הלקוח לספק רישיון לתוכנה במידה ויש צורך), התקנת אנטי וירוס**, ניקוי פיזי פנימי של המחשב באמצעות מדחס. כל זה ב 70 € בלבד!
